These Terms are an agreement between you and Hive Web Design LLC (“we”, “us”), a Missouri limited liability company. They cover your use of our website, hivewebco.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Client work is governed by the written quote or agreement for each project, which takes priority over these Terms (see “Client projects” below).
Using the site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not:
- Send spam through the contact form or any other part of the site
- Attack, overload or try to break into the site or its systems
- Scrape the site in a way that harms it
- Use the site for anything unlawful
Prices and quotes
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges and starting points. They aren't offers. A quote becomes binding only when both you and we accept it in writing.
Client projects
If you hire us, the written quote or agreement for your project governs that work. If anything in that quote or agreement conflicts with these Terms, the quote or agreement takes priority.
Our content and trademarks
The content, design, logo and code of this site belong to Hive Web Design LLC. Opprio is a Hive Web Design product. Other names and marks on this site belong to their owners.
You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit and a link back.
Links to other sites
We include links to other websites for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.
No warranties
We provide this site “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site. That includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.
This section covers the website only. Any promises about client work are set out in that project's quote or agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hive Web Design LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, that come from your use of this site or your inability to use it.
Our total liability for all claims about this website, combined, is limited to $100. This limit doesn't apply to client projects, which are covered by their own quote or agreement.
Some laws don't allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited. Where that's the case, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
Governing law and disputes
Missouri law governs these Terms. Any dispute about these Terms or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
If part of these Terms can't be enforced
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still applies.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page. The effective date at the top shows which version is current.
